When placing an order with supremefactory.com, you will notice that a few products have a product status icon. The following information explains what each icon means:
 New in stock - this item is one of the latest 50 articles added.
 End of Line - this product is discontinued and this is the last stock available
 Special price - this article is available at a special price.
 Special price, exclusive to you - you have a special rate for this product.
Each product has a 'stock status' to indicate it's availability.
For non available items, there is 4 status:
PRE ORDER
Although this product is not available yet, we are accepting orders and will ship your order to you as soon as we receive the stock (please note that the release date is not always respected by the manufacturers!).
RE STOCKING
This product is not available right now, but the producer has confirmed delivery with a reasonable delay of under 1 month.
DELAYED
This product is not available right now, and we do not have a confirmed delivery date (The producer has not given us a delivery date, therefore there is no guarantee when we will receive the stock).
We do not recommend ordering product on stock status 'DELAYED' as there is not warranty when or if the product will restock.
DISCONTINUED
This product is no longer manufactured and is not in stock.
For product available/in stock, there is a difference between SupremeFactory U.K. and Hong Kong Items.
For Hong Kong, because products are often available from suppliers located around our warehouse who can deliver within hours, there is only on stock status:
IN STOCK
This product is ready for shipping daily for most quantity requirements
For U.K., because most products come by container, there is several stock status to express the level of stocks available.
1 to 50 pieces: LAST FEW REMAINING
51 to 200 pieces: LOW STOCK
201 to 1000 pieces: MEDIUM STOCK
1000 pieces+: HIGH STOCK
You can then estimate based on the quantity you want to order if we will be able to ship all at once or not.
